We host mud events throughout the year for various causes,
competitions and just plain fun. We promote all classes of mud
vehicles including large/heavy vehicles, small/light vehicles, utility
ATVs and 4-wheelers. We maintain mud-pits for small and large
classes of mud vehicles and a 750 ft circle mud track for
4-wheelers. We have both a rock and a log obstacle challenge. For some rides we advertise competitive events such as a
Sled-Pull Event, Timed Mud-Pit Race, 4-Wheeler Circle Track Race, and Mud
Foot Races! On these competitive rides, winners are awarded trophies
and prizes. We are always building new and/or improved trails for
various types of mud vehicles. For the observers that don't want to
play directly in the mud, there are always alternate dry paths around the
action spots. In addition we have a huge sandbar along the river
front (dependent upon the season and weather of course!) that is a popular
hangout at every mud-ride. Along with all these fun features we have
added a large pavilion overlooking the river for cookouts, picnics, live
music, etc. Whitehead's Red River Mudbog, Inc. offers a great place
to come to relax and unwind while enjoying the great outdoors. |
